Afrivotify Affiliate Program Policies

Who can join

Our affiliate program is open to agencies, consultants, creators, and communities that actively promote business or award campaigns within Africa.

• Only one affiliate account is allowed per person or organization.
• You must provide accurate contact and payout information.
• Promo content must be relevant to Afrivotify’s voting and campaign tools.

Approved marketing practices

• Use only the referral links and codes generated in your dashboard.
• Do not run paid ads that bid on the Afrivotify brand or mislead prospects.
• All claims about pricing or features must match our public website.
• Partners may not impersonate Afrivotify employees or represent themselves as official support.

Earnings & payouts

• Commissions are only earned on paid, non-refunded subscriptions generated via your referral link.
• Approved commissions can be withdrawn once they meet the minimum payout amount configured in your dashboard.
• All payouts are processed through the method stored in your affiliate profile (M-Pesa, bank transfer, or PayPal).
• Afrivotify reserves the right to hold or reverse commissions that violate these policies.

Program accountability

• No spamming, unsolicited emails, or SMS blasts are permitted.
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising, privacy, and anti-spam laws in their region.
• Suspicious or fraudulent registrations will be blocked, and the related commissions forfeited.
• Afrivotify may update these policies at any time. Continued participation equals acceptance of new terms.
